image goes crazy....???

hello.
for some odd reason, when watching the .swf file, the image i am using alters when i scroll the text. i don't quite understand how this could happen and it has never to me before. can anyone tell me what this is and how can i fix this problem. i have attached the file.

The image that was already in the fla didn't change when I scrolled. Post an swf.

i just shut down the computer and it went away...oh well

have you heard of that before though?
