Dynamic (Cascading) Menus hiding behind flash movie

Need help with cascading menus and flash on the same page. The cascading menus are showing behind the flash object. Any ideas on how to set the flash object to be set to the bottom layer (i.e. the same properties as an image).

so far as I know it can't be done. we've discussed this many times. flash player has precendence over everything according to MM's technotes. highest Z index...
