[Q] How do I do this, Jesse or Strok???

I have very simple question for you Jesse or Strok...

If there is somebody who's willing to donate some $$$(Just a figure of speech... I don't mean it is going to be three digit amount... :D), what would be the way to do it???

I know there used to be a link for the donation through the PayPal, and I know that it has taken down...
Do you guys not accep any more of donation anymore???

What's the current opinion of the AS.org??? ;)

We used to require donations to keep the site going financially. In recent times that hasn't been necessary though as advertisers have taken more of an interest in the site and we arranged a better deal with a new hosting company. So we removed the link. If you wanted to donate some money to the site, it would probably go towards a pizza during my next "let's hand code the new ActionScript.org segment"-night. I could have done with a pizza while code the Employment Section :)

If I could donate to Jesse's "Pizza Fund", I'd be happy to. Maybe if you FedEX'ed a slice over here that'd be great.

Hehe the pizza was metaphorical; being dairy and wheat intollerant I can't eat pizza :)

@CJ - Thanks for your generosity. If you're really keen you can still send money to support@ (sorry, trying to stop more spam) and we'll still get it, but seriously, we don't need it at this time, and your contributions to the community are worth 100 times more. Keep you cash and buy yourself a beer on us.

@McG - For the last few months AS.org has indeed made a profit which is really good news. We're talking in terms of tens of dollars here, not hundreds or thousands. There haev actually been very few months along the way when we made a loss; mainly in the early days, but as with all small business, the biggest issue for us has always been cash-flow. It's why we took our advertising into our own hands; those centralized advertising companies we used to use pay only every 90 days, when there's a full moon on a Wednesday and it rains.
