hehe it's cool. I think the jumping should last longer (to make it possible to actually jump accross gaps, etc)

Again, cool engine. It reminded me a lot of a fangame I saw whilst in switzerland. It wasn't made with flash but it might give you a few ideas at least.

I have an idea I'd love implementing. It's simple, very simple but it'll make it all the more fun to play. You have the gun constantly pointing to where the mouse cursor is. I'd love this to happen only when you're moving the mouse. This way, when the mouse isn't moving the gun will aim at where you last pointed (e.g. a light fixture or an enemy). Effectively I'm talking about a simple way of 'locking' your aim onto something.
It'll be easier to show you than just waffle on about it so I'll research into it tonight and give you an example tomorrow.

It reminds me this game, Nightmare (http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view.php?id=122022) , which was recently posted on Newgrounds. Nice work, both of you.

I see your engine is shaping up very nicely indeed. Veeery nicely. A bit redundant now me posting this but I anticipated that there might be a little trouble scrolling with the lock on. The engine isn't as solid as yours but I hope it helps in some way.

This must be the forth time I've praised your engine but it does deserve praise. But I'm wondering how shooting enemies and stuff will work. Will bullets come out and hit things? That'd be cool. Either way I can't wait to see the next version.

my plan is to have bullets shoot out of the gun, with small tracelines.... but i'm having some problems with that at the moment.. =P
and my ultimate goal is to have enemies that die randomly by turning into "raggdolls" when dead.. you know.. arms and legs all just following the body...
hum.. but it's hard.. i think..

Ragdolls. That'd be mega cool. I'm sure it's possible. Has to be.
