Buffer empties for no apparent reason?

I have several videos used in sepparate presenations (so, one stream for one user at any time). Some are 'stopping' for no apparent reason...after some testing I found the connection is still active, so neither the server or user seem to be disconnecting.

The buffer just empties out...

Any ideas? Seen this before? ANY help is much appreciated.
