Pulsing Colors

How do I do the coolio pulsing color thing in flash (I have MX)? I can't figure it out and what I'm trying isnt working. Thanks!

It would help alot of people if you were more specific or provided a link but one way to make things puls colors is to make a movieclip with that changes color evey3-5 frames this will make color pulse. just make a square, circle or otherwise and make it as many frames long as you want it. then hit 5 five every x amounts of frames and change the color in between all of them.
