scroll content disappears when i click the scrollbar

i have a little problem on my hands....i'm using the scrollplanes component.

the way i've set things up is that i will load an external swf file into a movie clip which is inside another movie clip. The reason for this is that i've got several other ones inside that movie clip as well...i've set the scroll pane to scroll the content of this movie clip. the problem is that it scrolls the text from the external swf files fine but the image i have in the background disappears when i click on the scrollbar....i dont know how to fix this at all?

any clues anyone? thanks in advance for your help :)

if you have dynamic text field in your external swf, try changing the character options. Under "Embed font outlines for" (in the properties menu), try selecting "All Characters" intstead of "No character". Hope this helps...though might be kinda late now?
