help with slider menu

Hi,
I'm new here, I've been learning a few actionscript from a foundation book. I need help or direction to a tutorial that teaches how to create a slide navigation or menu, the one where its long and there is about 4 or 5 movies on that when you click, it slides and stops at a particular mc or the number matching. Thanks in advance.
