Nice Easy Simple Fast backend solution for flash

Anyone know of any Easy and Complete Blackbox type technology that flash can utilize as a backend for simple operations like save and read files etc... Something thats already done and nicely abstracted ..basicly already done and ready to just use without doing anything to it.
