mosaic effect...

i know i have seen this b4..i just cant remember the site..or link..

where the images first appear mosaic..meaning blocky..and then forms a nice clean images.. kinda like if u were to zoom in a picture in photoshop.etc and usee the blocky look....and when u zoom in..gets clearer ..etc..


there was an effect like this..anyone reember?
