Movie speed

Hi all

Is there a way to stop a Flash movie for a given amount of time before it moves on.

eg. I have one that includes alot of text and instead of inserting frames (60 frames = 5 seconds) I would like to stop it when the text comes in for 5 seconds and then it start again by its self.

I would appreciate any help with this.
