100% shows off page data

Client wants it to stretch 100% width and height%, which for some reason shows the off-page data (stuff that's outside the workspace/stage). How do I stop that from showing?

u can make a mask
or a big square that hides all but the stage area

see the big vertical green rectangles on either side of the movie? it's more prominent when you squeeze the window vertically.
