Is their a way to modify a .txt file by entering the text you want into an input.

If I was'nt clear enough here's what I mean, Lets say my Variable news is supose to load text.txt, would their be a way to modify the text.txt on the site from the admin section using PHP and flash.

I followed post #1 and it isnt working..The file is'nt updating
