The site is finished, but it's a portfolio and so currently only four of the buttons lead to content. The client will upload the final images later this month.

It was meant to be very simple, a tad retro and quick to load. I would be grateful for feedback regarding these points plus any other comments people would like to make.

Hi, your site is very creative, and retro would be a good word for it. I am viewing it over a DSL and the load was a tad slow especially the last two links. I have no clue what the site is for but I suppose that is irrelavant.
Basiclly a decent site!:D

Hey,

Animations too slow, needs some improvement. Just make the FPS higher. Good site though, a bit plain.

Thanks... I changed the FPS which will probably help. I am having some problems preloading images so they are available when loadMovie is called. I am wondering if it is possible to load the main images whilst the buttons are descending and the title fades up.
