JAVASCRIPT/DHTML Layers on top of SWF

Is it possible to include a SWF file within a javascript/DHTML layer and have another layer on top which includes images, text etc? Or even a SWF movie on top of another??

Is there any expert references/resources to handling FLASH with HTML, Frames, Layers, javascript, DHTML????

Sorry , but it is not possible
Flash player has a priority to go on the highest level( it's just how it's built )
But you can make your flashplayer invisible if your menu is up:
