attachMovie from extra library

Hi,
How do you attach a movie clip from another flash
library? Working w/the clip in the same library
I can do w/external linkage. How do you reference
the separate library?

not a very technical solution, but its worked for me...

open up the movie with the clip that you want in it and open up its library. Then open the movie you want to put the clip in. If you still have the origional library open you can drag an instance of the clip onto the new movie and it will automatically update in its library.

(Im using flash 5, I dont know about earlier versions.)
