View Full Version : Nested SWF's not loading text loadVarialbesNum();

I have two swf's, the Strategii.swf works fine on its own and pulls the text into the 'mytext' text box! But when the Strategii.swf is called from interfacetop.swf it will not load the text.
I have tried various combinations of relative and absolute target paths all amounting to clumps of hair on the Computer desk.
Any help greatfully received!!!!

the swfs work fine but i can't open the flas on my pc

I have had help to fix the problem with the missing data not being shown by using the loadVars(); command.

The only problems now I have are that though the data is now shown, before the text data was brought in and read as HTML and now it does not recognise it as such. So is there a way of underlining/bolding/colouring/fontsizing using this method?

Also the '.scroll' ActionScript no longer works!
