Making a button

I want to make a button so that when you roll over it the button goes down in say 5 frames, and when you roll out, the button takes about 15 frames to come up.

I have made a movie of the button so that it plays as i've just described but dont have the know how to accomplish the task.

I had thoughts of making an invisible button placed over my movie button and assigning actionscript to this button, but I do not know what script to use or whther thats the right way to go about it.

If any one can help it will be much appreciated
