Navigation Menus

im using v5 of flash and im trying to make a site with flash. im pretty stuck on how to make a navigation menu and would like some help on the topic. or if someone can give me a link to a tutorial, that will also be great.

need more info. there's an unlimited number of ways to present data... what sort of navigation are you after?
personally I prefer nice compact things. if your sits has only 4 or 5 main segments, use a simple nav bar... failing that use drop down menues.
