View Full Version : smaller file size for transparant images

I don't want to use the "Save For Web As Gif" method in photoshop, because it leaves choppy white outlines on the transparent images. So I'm using PNG 24! But its big! Any suggestions?

well, thats the game...
png´s are always large, but there´s no alternative...

Don't worry about your .png file sizes, made your image at your desired size (widht & height and 72 dpi off course), the final size in Kb after Flash made the compression for export a .swf file it is always smaller when the image source file format is .png
