finding fonts in a movie

When I published my movie, the output told me that I have a bunch of different fonts. This obviously add to my file size. I would like to change all of them to arial. Is there a way for me to find just the parts that have the wrong font, or do I have to check each one individually?

Um... One at a time unless you have embedded the font into the library...
