problem with mask and movie clip

problem with mask and movie clip
i want to draga movieclip that has a mask in him. This mask allows u to see some txt. The thing is this: if the mask is in the movie, it moves with the clip when i drag it, but the txt that u have to see when u put the movie on it, moves also with the movie. If i put the mask out of the movie, the clip moves but the mask not

i want to do a lens that allows u to seesome txt and u move the lens where u want...


anybody can help...

1.Make a movieclip then add script so u can drag it.
2.Place the movie in the mask layer.
3.Place your static text in the masked layer.

I think there are some .fla in the movies section of Actionscript.org. Try a search...;)

i find the way to do it, but it only work in flash mx.

u hav eto tell with some action script that one layer will be the mask of a "X" movie clip

but thanx any way...:D
