It's great work mate. I've always loved that game! Let us know when it's finished please, I'd love to have a go. Out of interest, how did you control the landscape destruction? When my bomb hits the mountain it works just like in the orriginal (which I still have isntalled :) ). I'm assuming the mountain's made up of duplicated clips... or failing that, using maths, in which case, I don't wanna know :)
