speed up the animations, use smaller fonts, use fewer fonts
that will help right off the bat :)

yeah, Eric Jordan says go faster with almost any animation and it will look better. like car comercials, real fast pace = excitement
site is looking good though! :)

I would say it looks a bit cluttered. There's a bit too much going on. Perhaps a lighter background or less gradient fills.

okie I'll work on that thanks for your opinion

yeah, when someone makes an easy suggestion like background colour, just throw it up and take a quick look at it, it may sometimes be a creative catalyst
good luck! :)

Was ok, quite jerky; too much going on. Everything too small, didn't know what was happening or what i was doing. If you want it to look professional, which is what it seems like you are trying to do, then at least spell things right, and don't use 1337 $pŁ/-\|<. Or Net slang, like lol or omg (i saw lol in there, and there were some spelling mistakes). apart form that, the frames are ok, might want tto get rid of thhe border n the frame, so it looks like it "flows". Hope these have helped. :)

i am still trying to find a way to make it more calm and I guess I really should stay away from using net lingo when designing a site lol oops here I go well thanks for the comment and I need your opinion on the music player will you notice that its a music player if the text panel did not open?
the_unknown_one

all you need to do to the music player is make the text panel's background's alpha at 100%. I couldnt read it properly.

Hey joekd,
First of all b4 u start with ur site think of the concept and themes.
i notice u dumped everything in...unnessary objects like the tv at the left site will just drained viewers cpu usage...and the entire site is too dark ppl will having difficulty to read it.
I rather prefer simple is nice ;)
Cheers
i use frame rates from 30 to 45fps, makes beatyful anims...

Also, you could keep this site, with the changes we have suggested, and spread it out; you don't need those frames, apart from to show off that you have learnt about them (it's been the subject of my IT lessons for the last three weeks, and me and a friend of mine worked it out in like the first half of the fairst lesson, but the rest of the class seem like they STILL can't work i out.).

yeah, frames can be a pain in the drain, and the_unknown_one is right; don't use something just because you learned it. It needs to add to your site, or maybe just be what is needed. It's easy to feel that "more is better". But if that was true then why do they pay $70+K to Senior Nike Copywriters to come up with those one line tags for products?
Just do it.

yeah, better to get lots of criticism here than never get any action from your site by the outside world!
Glad you did not take it too personally. Me I'm sensitive, but the harsh eye is a valuable tool.
Good luck with school! :)
