yeah, if I were you I would have on the main page something like "loading flash in popup" or something, as it is it makes you think that you dont have flash installed or something...
Also, it works nicely, but could probably do with some simple enhancements, the text up the top (links etc) is pretty hard to read and is quite a strain on my eyes.
The scrolling arrows are also hard to see, I would have one at the top and one at the bottom, and have it so you can hold them down to scroll, the single click method is rather anoying as I am used to windows style ones which you click and hold. - at least my little mouse wheel works :D lol
Then I would use up more of the space on some of them, on the "what we do" page there is quite a bit of empty space down the bottom which isnt being used (even though there is text which needs to be scroleld down to) - but then on the client listings page there is much less space at the bottom - keeping everything consistent is very good for keeping a site appealing.
Just noticed that only the Home page has the captions when you hover over the links at the top - but is this really needed? all they say is what is on the buttons, which you have already seen... so no point in repeating it is there?
A good site is simple, but I think that yours is a bit too simple, it needs to be interesting, a few borders/backgrounds etc. would improve the site heaps! - such as the faded background on the contact us part, but the borders would help a lot with the scrolling text fields!
Hope this helps, and hope you dont mind me being so nasty about it, but you ARE asking for help (constructive critisim is it?) hehe
this site could be done the same way with html.
nothing "flashy" in it, just plain txt, no anims, etc.
sorry :(

yeah, maybe if you had some sort of animation to show the pages etc. it might make the flash more justified, but HTML would be much more sensible if you intend on updating it even remotley often, as with flash you would have to upload the whole damn thing all over again lol

yuch on the popup screen, use good detection like Moock FPI
sometimes the tool tip blocks the sub menu, also, I like it that when you click on the main menu (even if it has a submenu) and it gives you some content. probably dont need the tooltips actually
and any way to add some pics or graphics to breathe some life into it?
I do like your font and straightforward navigation :)
