Looking for a magazine

I remember hearing about a magazine and I could not afford it at the time - now that I can - I forgot what the name was. I am hoping some one knows what I am thinking of. It is published once a month and you can choose a subject like Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver - and every month it would send a magazine on the subject you choose. Inside the magazine was really cool tips and tricks.
