Bounciness

I was wondering if there is a certain way (formula, tweening, etc.) to create a "bouncy" movement for objects.
I am seeing it more and more, and usually it looks really cool. http://www.lookandfeel.com is an awesome site that uses this to perfection in my opinion. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

That's a bloody amazing site. The interaction between Luke and Phil and the navigation seems almost dynamic.
