Hey people

I'm back after a long disappearance (had exams :mad:)

I just wanted 2 know which of us is into the Linux, Who has a MAC & who R the worshiperz of BIll Gates (Windows Users).

I've heard of a tweak 2 be done on Microsoft Xbox to turn it into full Linux PC's but still I can't find one 2 buy :( (they're kinda rare in egypt)

let me hear what R ya ppl & what U think about HW ;)

1) I prefer Windows over Macs and Linux.
2) I prefer Linux's interface over a Macs, but would use a Mac in favor of Linux because of application support.
3) I don't like Bill gates.
4) I don't like Steve Jobs, but I like him more than Bill Gates.
5) I like Linus, but don't worship him.
6) Xbox linux won't compare to a PC.

I'm a practising pragmatic windows junky, never saw that much the advantages of other os (a bit of swearing in the church here ;)). I won't say I worship Bill Gates though, he just has a heck of a lot of money.

3) I don't know Bill Gates well enough to say I like/dislike him and certainly don't worship him.
4) Same for Steve Jobs.

Maybe you are making that noise because you want to get some attention or maybe because your have problem with your finger or whatever reason it might be...

I was merely expressing what I had in my mind... It is your decision whether you stop doing it or not... I DO understand that you are trying to be a nice person, but it is not so nice or even polite to my opinion...

im surprised i havent answered this thread already!
I like linux a lot but dont think its the bee's knees, FreeBSD is the Bee's Knees and its everything linux is trying to be in terms of stability.
I hate Windows and most things MS because they are to goddamn inefficient and crap - the biggest culprits are Windows OS's, i especially hate the way they have to be constantly nursed and taken care of and the way things suddenly disappear & that stupid goddamn registery that server no purpose and the 70,000+ odd viri and worms for it vs the 40 (forty!!) for unix and the myths in general that people believe about computers only becuase of windows (e.g. that viri are a computer problem when they are not, they a windows problem), did i mention they have laughable security?

check my link in my sig to see why i dont like the company itself.

oh yeah, linux distros are stupid the way they cant follow the set down standards, next time u are are a red hat box, type man hier and read how the file system is supposed to be layed out, god damn laughable.
RTFM attitudes piss me off to.
