I'm only freelancing right now. There are many days I spend getting out of my seat behind my desk only a couple times for the restroom and a couple times for the refridgerator to get some Code Red or heineken. I am significantly under my target wieght. :(

its a great form of exercise and it helps tonnes with other stuff too (kinda like a side effect i think - u can go much longer in bed ;))

I actually used to do some kung-fu related stretching and exercising that helped a lot, but when I got in my car accident recently, I couldn't. I guess I should probably start up again. Longer in bed, huh? That's what they say, but I kinda thought maybe thats a myth - or maybe it is a side effect of being in good shape and having good mental control....
