flash site auto resize ????

How do I make a flash website resize to fit different browsers
this http://www.hettich.com/comfortline/ for example, when you click on the language and start the flash site it will grow or shrink to fit the browser, How is this done please. I can make flsh website at a fixed size but this has always baffled me.
