Help building a componet

I wrote a function that generates at run-time a re-sizable box.
How can i turn that function into an object, so i can see and change the box at design-time?!?
I've been reading a little about objects and the more i read, the more dumber i feel!
Can anyone help me by transforming that function into an object and seending-me back the tranformed code... i think only that way, i'll undersant how to build an object!
