Any tutorials on how to use the Flash Debugger?

I've searched help and have yet come across any tutorials at Macromedia or in MX which show how to use the debugger. I was trying to add a watch on a variable and have yet figured out how to do it correctly.

Seems like a simple task.

Any suggestions?
