Masking With Actionscript

Hi readers, i have a few problems with my .fla, for the first masking it won't restart it when u click it again, and also the buttons when u click on them don't depress.
I got most of this from the sample file of the flashmx folder.
If u can help that would be nice, yeh its probably pretty simple
