how to create 3d rotation effects?

Since i am regular visitor to flashkit...i saw the banners there....which very amazing !! but how did they achieve those stuning..3d like effects means one of the guy has rotated the sydney opera house..how??

is it done frame wise or using some other packages(swift 3d/amorphium)..or...???

swift3d. it's just a wireframe, easily rotated.

vecta3d max also... those are the only ones I know.
