file uploading in flash

I am an intermediate level action script programmer now want to build a web site with client’s side flash interface, which can upload files (.gif / .jpg files) to server from their hard drive. Thru a “Browse…” button come into view in theflash moviewhich has two more buttons "OK" and "Remove" .

1. Is it possible in Flash?
2. What are the technologies used with flash for this task. (Eg. ASP, PHP, SQL….)?
3. Is there any online tutorial available on this topic?
