A Timer !!

I need to know how I can input a timer or a wait function.
I think there's some kind of a loop scripting to make here but maybe there's an easiest way to do it other than programming a loop.

Thanks. I searched for tutorials with keywords like TIMER, PAUSE, BREAK and WAIT... but forgot DELAY :)

The delayed Events tutorial is what i was looking for.
