Password field

Hi, this should be simple its pretty basic.

I want to make an input field for password that wouldn't write the characters in it like "*********" instead or something like that how do i do this in Flash?

Make a simple text box. Right click on it. Go down to panels and select Text Options. Set the first pull down box to read "Input Text" and set the second box to read "Password". Anything you type in this box now will read as ****** etc
