PHP and radio box

I have been searching for the holy grail and learned a lot along the way thanks to many of you. My problem is I have a Flash form that I am sending to a PHP script that creates and email and sends it to my inbox. I developed this through the tute on this site. The problem is that with all of my trial and error, I either can't get the radio boxes to pass their information, or th ePHP script is not processing them. I think the problem lies in the Action Script. So, once again I am pleading for the answer... Bueller, Bueller. Thanks!

have php echo the vars to a log file so u can check what its at
