preloading an SWF file from another SWF file

Any idea how to do this? my website is rcc_website.swf and I have a loader.swf with nothing on it :P any help would be appreciated.

You mean you want to use the child.swf to preload the _parent.swf file. Is that what you mean? If not, then can you be more specific.
