HTML/JavaScript: Navigate to new text box using down or up arrow key

It should be fairly simple to do this .. However, I am running into a bit of an issue. Within my html page(s), I would like to use the keyboard up arrow and down arrow to navigate to the next text field within the page.
I would like to accomplish this using Javascript and HTML. Any thoughts? :confused:
