Good tutorials?

Hey guys - I'm looking for some good basic tutorials that cover understanding flash on the broad level.

1. understanding MC's and timelines
2. basic data types
3. naming and targeting objects and timelines
4. writing and using basic functions

There seems to lots out there, but they are all very specific. I want a tutorial that can outline the basics to someone that hasn't used flash but is already a programmer.

Anyone know a good one?
