Change Background in Full Screen Projector

Is there a way to change the background color in a full screen projector similar to what's done in Tutorial 24 but outside of a browser without JS?

you could always make a movieclip a background and go to different frames that have different background colors/pictures/textures

but say the movie is 800 X 600 and you set the projector to launch fullscreen but to keep the movie a fixed size. The surrounding area will either be white or black...is there a way to control the area outside the stage?

hrm not to my knowledge I dont think I've ever even made a projector. dang. sorry

Here are 2 .flas...

fulcolortest.fla is the one they were last talking about in that other thread.

fullcolor.fla is the one I was talking about earlier in that thread... Not the same coding, but it has buttons to change the color and close down the movie.
