Loading jpgs and transitions

Hi,

I want to dynamically load a series jpg into my swf (using the ClipLoader for an instance). Once a jpg is loaded, I'd like to have a fade effect (using _alpha) between the currently shown jpg and the newly loaded. Can anybody please give me a hint on how to go about this? I'm not asking for a detailed instructions - set, just a kick into the right direction.
