Having Problems Sending Data to ASP Mailer

I am trying to send data (input text, combobox) to an ASP mailer...i know the data it is trying to send is good, but i don't get any response from the ASP, or in an e-mail (as the ASP is setup to do)....the AS and ASP are both located here:
