Hi everyone, i been reading the excellent tutorials here at action, so i thought i might as well sign up to the boards,how long has AS been going now, i discovered it about a week ago, and when we gonna get the full about story on how AS was created.........

AS.org was just an idea Strok had. He asked for someone to help out and I offered. That was about 2 months ago. I didn't know he wanted to get into it straight away but we started pretty much the next day, working on layout and tutorials.
Since then we've put in heaps of effort (and a fair bit of cash) to get it up to its current standard. We're hopeful that our user base will continue to grow, and the community will thrive like other, similar sites.

I'm particularly hoping that we get more users helping each other out on the forums, as I have to return to uni next month so people can't lean on me as much as they might have been.
