Bobble Effect

I'm trying to recreate a "bobble" effect (similar to what you would see on a bobble-head toy). Any ideas on how/where I should start?

Hi,
best place to start is by clicking on the search button. Search for "bobble head", "bobble" or search in the name field for "pixelwit" and you will find what you seek

Sorry if I didn't help much nigeledge, I have just trawled through 20 pages of PW's posts and I can't find it!!!
The original was a jack in the box, click on the box and out jumped jack, bobbling all over the place, similar to the action on CyanBlues link, but a lot more elasticity
