Anyone know of software that does this?
(probably not, eh?)

there is none, thank god, we'd have code pirates getting even more recognition than they do. personal opinion only of course.

what, in your cache? that comes down to what broser and OS you're using and how it's setup. why do you need to know?

I'm working with a creator of a flash site who has less than desirable orginizational skills when it comes to her saved files...I can find the HTML page names easily enough from the URL, but also have to find every flash movie inside of every page. She must have 1000 different files and revisions of files on her hard drive and uploaded onto the FTP server, and often doesn't know what name she gave a movie!
If it comes down to it, I'll just have to do the dirty work of looking at each .SWF in the FTP listing, but would love if you knew an easier way of finding out a flash movie title inside of an HTML document.
Thanks,

If you're looking for a specific set of EMBED tags you could download any of a million free text editos from tucows.com and use them to search your HTML files.. is that any help?

why don't you just ask her? i don't understand your problem. why are you looking for these files? if you're just trying to figure out which swf the uploaded html page is using just go to 'view source'.
it doesn't get much easier than that.
also, thank goodness there isn't code that converts a swf back into an fla. what a nightmare for designers that would be.
