exsternal players

I would like to design a flash movie that has a series of flash buttons within the interface. When the user pushes the buttons external movies play for example, quick time movies in their own basic players.

I have been able to do this with swf. files but not with QuickTime’s, or Real Players.

Please help me, regards leo.
