hi.. i've just started toying with flash mx. and this is what i've come up with...

i have an idea that perhaps someone can help me. i've tried having sort-of an interface between the room view and the menus. this will make the room view less clustered when i add more menus later on. what i have in mind is, the items in the room are coloured, indicating that they are clickable. and when they are mouseover-ed, the menu will appear. i thought i can use button to do this, but can't seem to get it to work... the menu code i'm using is similar to the one featured here: http://www.sephiroth.it/file_detail.php?id=70
