A fair enough start. My first thought is where will the navigation be? Also, your pixel fonts are looking kind of smudgy. I'd check their registration, but also know that sometimes it happens in Flash to certain fonts. Some pixel fonts are better than others.

I agree, where are you going to put the navigation? Graphics look good, maybe not enough solid areas, but you cant please everyone. All in all, pretty damn good start.
